The 2026 AGM will be held from 10am–12pm on Saturday 26 September 2026, online.

We welcome all financial members. The meeting is conducted according to our constitution.

  • 17 August 2026 — Nominations close (40 days)
  • 28 August 2026 — AGM notice, agenda, and audited accounts distributed (28 days)
  • 12 September 2026 — Member motions close (14 days)
  • 26 September 2026 — AGM held
